DAAD Graduation Scholarships international students

The DAAD is providing the weißensee kunsthochschule berlin with  funding for 2026 to support international students who are in the final phase of their studies. Funding will be provided for the final semesters of summer 2026 and winter 2026/27. 

Note: Foreign students are students of foreign nationality who have obtained their university entrance qualification abroad, including those who have attended a preparatory college in Germany or a German school abroad.

There are 21 scholarships available worth €500 each. Selection criteria include academic performance, civic engagement, and personal circumstances.

Payment is planned for June and July 2026. Applicants who will not graduate until the 2026/27 winter semester may also be eligible for funding at a later date in 2026, subject to agreement. The scholarships will be awarded as partial scholarships in the amount of €250 per month. 

Deadline: May 04, 2026.

Auch in 2026 hat der DAAD im Programm Stibet Sondermittel zur Unterstützung ukrainischer Studierender zur Verfügung gestellt.  Es handelt sich um Studienstipendien für besonderes Engagement, die zur Förderung von regulär immatrikulierten Studierenden aus der Ukraine eingesetzt werden können.  Für das SoSe 2026 werden 4 Stipendien ausgeschrieben. Die Stipendien werden als Teil-Stipendien in Höhe von 250 € pro Monat für maximal 6 Monate vergeben.
