Notes on Portfolio & Aptitude Test

Here you will find all the important information about the application, in particular the digital portfolio submission and the entrance examination.

The application period for the degree program and portfolio submission runs from November 1 to January 5, 2025, 12:00 noon CET. The artistic entrance examination is expected to take place on site from February 16 to 20, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: An additional homework assignment is required in the Fashion Design, Product Design, and Visual Communication programmes. This assignment will only be given once your application has been created. To allow enough time to complete the assignment, it is advisable to apply early. For all other departments, it is also advisable to apply early to allow time to ask any questions you may have.

Please note: Different deadlines and requirements apply for applying to a master's program or for transferring from another university!
