The media artist and film maker,
Kerstin Honeit, lives and works in Berlin. Following the completion of her Fine Art / Sculpture Diploma and Meisterschüler-degree at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee, she is participating in a post graduate course as a foundationer
of this years Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt art IT.

Since 2006 she has shown her film and video work internationally.

A repeating theme of her work is the study of the formation of identity via the production of hegemonial images in pop culture and cinematographic contexts.
