SonoCare - Das digitale Stethoskop für eine niederschwellige Primärversorgung | Tahelah Fretwurst
SonoCare ist ein Konzept für ein digitales Stethoskop in Kombination mit einer intuitiven App, das Laien eine sichere Selbstuntersuchung von Herz und Lunge ermöglicht – von akuten Beschwerden bis zur Verlaufskontrolle bei chronischen Erkrankungen. Es befähigt Nutzer, Körpergeräusche strukturiert und ärztlich verwertbar selbst aufzuzeichnen, entlastet die hausärztliche Versorgung und macht Patienten unabhängiger von begrenzten hausärztlichen Ressourcen. Die Anwendung fördert eine neue Gesundheitsroutine, die eigenständig, ortsunabhängig und alltagstauglich ist.

SonoCare is a concept for a digital stethoscope combined with an intuitive app that enables laypeople to perform safe self-examinations of the heart and lungs – from acute symptoms to monitoring chronic conditions. It empowers users to record body sounds in a structured and medically usable way, easing the burden on general practitioners and making patients less dependent on limited primary care resources. The application promotes a new health routine that is autonomous, location-independent, and suited to everyday life.
