Pleasure Incorporated
Pleasure Incorporated is a 60 minute long, multimedia theater performance blending video, animation, and live storytelling to explore sex work, trauma, and personal agency.
By integrating digital visuals with live performance, it expands traditional storytelling methods to create an accessible, engaging, and thought-provoking piece. It challenges stereotypes around sex work by presenting an authentic and nuanced perspective, moving beyond victimization or hypersexualization. Visual world created by Maja Zagórska, resembling a surreal corporate office, serves as a metaphor for conflicting perspectives on sex work that the main character carries within herself.
