Converging Identities is an installation that explores the relationship between our physical and digital identities. It focuses on how our identities migrate to digital spaces and impact our physical world. The exhibit features shiny neon acrylic twigs illuminated by spotlights. The twigs move in a choreographed dance, responding to gestures from a video conversation displayed on tablets. Viewers can choose to explore the connection between the digital twins on the screen or the physical twins represented by the twigs. The artwork invites contemplation and reflection on the interplay between physical and digital identities in our modern world.
