VINTER | Julian Goretzky, Adrian Haase

New shared-use mobility services are primarily found in city centres, commuters from the suburbs and the surrounding area cannot benefit from their services. VINTER is an intermodal mobility system to connect these diverging spatial structures and gives commuters an alternativeto automobiles. Shared bikes provide a first-mile solution as a fast, flexible feeder to rail traffic on the main traffic axes. At the station, the rental bikes are handed over to a modular logistics system, where they are bundled into units and can therefore be stored externally, maintained centrally and made available as required in the station area.
