Der Smart Adapter für die Kommunalver-

waltung bündelt zersplitterte Fachan-

wendungen in einer KI-gestützten Ar-

beitsumgebung. Statt als menschliche

Schnittstelle Daten von einem inkompati-

blen System ins nächste abzutippen, wird

die Sachbearbeiterin zur Entscheiderin

über automatisierte Datenströme. Die Lo-

gik für Sicherheit, Veraktung und Kommu-

nikation wird in einem Kern gebündelt,

während alle fachspezifischen Aufgaben

in Add-ons ausgegliedert sind – das

macht sie leicht wart- und austauschbar.

Das Interface ist hochgradig anpassbar

und fängt genau die Fälle auf, in denen

sich das Leben nicht in ein Formular pres-

sen lässt.

security, archiving, and communication is

consolidated into a core module, while all

specialized tasks are handled by add-

ons—making them easy to maintain and

replace.
